Q I don't know what size to pick for my dogi.
A Our "What size to choose?" page will help you to pick the correct size.

Q How much will my dogi shrink?
A All dogi’s will shrink about 10% overall the first time(s) you wash them. Keep this in mind when choosing the size of your dogi.

Q How should I wash my dogi? Should I use hot or cold water?
A All questions about how to wash your dogi are answered on this page.

Q I want to pay my invoice, but I can't seem to find your bank account.
A Our bank details are: IBAN: BE60 7340 3955 3070, BIC: KREDBEBB.

Q I want to return the goods I received, how can I do this?
A For more information about what to do when you want to return items, please go to our "Terms and conditions" page and scroll down to the second last point (Point 9, 9.a and 9.b). Please note that items from our "Sale" category cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q I would like to get something embroidered. Can you help me with that?
A Yes we can; but there are a few side notes: 1) We can only embroider products bought at our store; 2) Belts can not be embroidered; 3) Embroiding can take up to a week so make sure you leave us with enough time to get all the work done.

Q How does the "Sale" category work?
A The items in the Sale category, are most of the time the last remaining pieces of a discontinued product line. Once the last item is sold the product is not available for sale anymore. Items cannot be returned or exchanged. In case there are no available sizes shown, please contact us for more information about the remaining sizes.

Q I saw an item on sale a while ago, but I can't seem to find it anymore now and I'm interested in purchasing it.
A If you saw an item on sale but it's not anymore; it is probably completely sold out.

Q My question isn't listed here, what should I do now?
